Workshops for Students

Inspirational workshops for students to get to know themselves using insightful tools and exercises devised by Empower Coaching. Focusing on the future they want to create for themselves, they will be challenged to go after their dreams, to learn how to communicate their aspirations and to present themselves to exude confidence and flair. These workshops combine , Goal-Setting, Image Building, Body-Language,  Voice Coaching and other training skills as an introduction to the concept of personal branding.

• The participants find out who they are at their very core, what drives them and, therefore, what determines their success. 
• They are encouraged to find greater confidence, nurturing their sense of self esteem.
• They are given the courage to know how to accentuate and communicate their personal qualities.
• They are shown how to use style and colour to suit their 'type' whatever their shape or size and to reflect on the fact that first impressions count.
• They gain an understanding of how body-language, facial expressions and the voice create an image too and how to maximise impact in interview scenarios
