Empower Coaching runs a yearly programme of quarterly workshops entitled 'INSIDE OUT' in conjunction with the highly renowned Image Consultant, Penny Sloane. These are Personal Branding workshops for women, emphasising insight into how our sense of identity is formed, how this impacts the goals that we set for ourselves and how to project our inner authenticity (core values) into our personal presentation and actions.
